9 years ago, I didn’t even know what “sales and closing” was
I started off my sales career in the real estate industry where I sold multi family homes, spent a few years doing that as a complete beginner and quickly learned the fundamentals of persuasion and closing a sale in real life.
I made a lot of mistakes, and every one of those mistakes translated to not having enough money to take care of bills, so I was forced to perform.
A few years in, and with the advent of social media, I graduated to selling telemarketing and video production services to businesses in Australia and the United States, way before social media marketing became a thing.
